Fissure: elongated and superficial ulceration located in the radiated folds of the anus

Fistula: irregular course going from the rectal mucosa to the margin of the anus with perianal abscess

Propolis

Acidophilus, 2 cap. at bedtime

LAB Premium (PariNat), 2 capsules x 3 / day before meals

Minerola (Superdiet), 3 comp. morning and evening before meals

Avoid spices, cold meats, acidic foods, ketchup, sugar, orange juice, glutinous cereals

Liquid honey poultice (from rosemary) - Large local clay poultice (Montmorillonite)

Lukewarm sitz bath morning and evening with a decoction of horsetail, walnut bark, oak bark (150 g per liter of water)

Sitz baths in sea water

Local applications ofAloe gel vera, shark liver oil (Ecomer), or quince jelly (Cydonia vulgaris)

1. Lukewarm anal shower with magnesium chloride, then,
2. Placement of magnesium chloride ice and
3. Compresses with a magnesium solution

E.O. of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) in local application
