Asthenia (Fatigue)

State of painful lassitude, overwork, neurasthenia, exhaustion leading to multiple functional insufficiencies. We can speak of a weakening of an organ or a system, for example: neurocirculatory asthenia, psychological asthenia. . .

Evening fatigue: physiological fatigue. A good night's sleep normally allows you to recover waning energy.

Morning fatigue: lack of motivation to start the day. Psychological component

Fatigue “in a rush”: before or after meals. Metabolic reason, lack of Mg, hypoglycemia, hypotension...

Overwork comes from excess stress accumulated for too long. Overworked people are often people of honor, of duty, of control (I have to, I have to, I promised...).

Great fatigue is generally the typical symptom of a lack of magnesium.
