Canker sores - Mouth ulcers

Superficial ulcerations on the oral or pharyngeal mucous membranes evolving through recurrent outbreaks. Canker sores follow vesicles.

The disorder can develop following fatigue, annoyance, contact with irritating substances.

Possible causes:

• foods: nuts, strawberries, olives, gruyere, shellfish, pesticides on foods…
• medications: antibiotics, anticancers
• hormones women
• psychology: intense stress, emotional shock
• trauma: poorly positioned dental prosthesis
• infection: HIV, bacterial infection
• toothpaste: containing lauryl sulfate

Use the "good food combinations" according to Shelton's approach

Favor all foods rich in carotene or provitamin A, in vitamin B₆.

Favor dandelion, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, chicory, chard, parsley juice

Lysine (amino acid), 500 mg of L-lysine triggers.

Avoid foods from chemically treated crops and allergenic foods (nuts, olives, dates, cheeses, etc.), coffee, chewing gum/chewing gum

Mouthwashes, with basil decoction, citrus seed extract, baking soda, clay water (Montmorillonite), Oléophytal (Dietaroma),

salt water or with blueberry juice

Savoyanne (Coptis grœnlandica): chew the roots

Alcoholic tincture of blueberry in local wash, goldenseal or myrrh directly on the lesions.

Oil of pumpkin seeds as a gargle.

E.O. of Rose Geranium (Pelargonium asperum)

E.O. of Melaleuca (Melaleuca alternifolia)

E.O. of Clove (Eugenia caryophyllata) or Sage (Salvia officinalis), added to clay water

E.O. of Sage (S. officinalis), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) or Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) applied locally with a cotton pad
