Cold Hands and Feet

Vascular disorder of the extremities whose cause would be related to a slowing of blood in the subcutaneous venous plexuses and in a dilated capillary bed.

Manifested by local hypothermia.

Icy feet are a sign of poor blood supply but can also be a sign of a disturbance in the functioning of the thyroid.

Horseradish, seaweed, cabbage, dandelion, blueberry, buckwheat

Evening primrose oil, 1000 mg day

Acerola (organic vitamin C) (Superdiet), 1 tab. / day in the morning

Multivitamins and minerals (Superdiet)

Circulia (PariNat), 2 tablets / day with a meal

CoEnzyme Q₁₀, 50 mg X 3 / day

Avoid sugars, coffee and alcohol

Wear stockings and socks made of natural fibers (merino wool is a good choice) in which mustard seed powder or ground black pepper will be placed.

Take hot baths for 1 minute and cold ones for 15 seconds 10 times alternating

Hot poultice of chopped onions covered with socks for 1 hour

Encourage physical activity and stopping tobacco.

Practice of hot foot baths. Mixing 2 teaspoons of mustard seeds in a basin of water at 40°C allows you to quickly obtain a very comfortable feeling of heat.
