Alteration of the hard tissues of the tooth, evolving from the periphery towards the center and resulting in a more or less rapid destruction of the enamel then of the ivory

Deficiency of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium

Dental care is a prevention of caries. To descale your teeth, rub them once a week with peach or heather powder or rub them in season with a raw strawberry.

Sprouted alfalfa, raw vegetables especially carrots and apples. Apple polyphenols act on dental plaque bacteria

Avoid food intake between meals, even fruit juices

Prohibit: white sugar, sugary drinks, sweets, Coca-cola. Sorbitol promotes corrosion of dental enamel. Alone, xylitol not fermented by oral bacteria could limit cavities

Mouthwashes with clay and complete sea salt - Mouthwashes with olive oil (oil pulling) or chlorophyll

Toothpaste with propolis, clay or trace elements

E.O. compresses of cloves placed on the cheek near the painful area

Lemon is an ally that allows you to have whiter teeth and helps fight against dental plaque. Brush your teeth with freshly squeezed lemon juice (once a week). Use baking soda powder for brushing (once a week).

Muhammad advised his followers to rub their teeth with a branch of a shrub called miswak, each time they were about to pray. Today, we know that miswak contains an E.O. which destroys 75% of the bacteria present in the mouth.

Avoid fluoride dental pastes (fluoride binds to the mercury in amalgams = mercury fluoride)

E.O. of Clove (Eugenia caryophyllata), Mint (Mentha arvensis), Oregano (Origanum majorana)

Use a few drops of EO of Melaleuca (Melaleuca) as a mouthwash with water
