Too frequent emission of liquid stools, due to a failure of water reabsorption by the intestine.

In infants, it can be caused by pancreatic insufficiency and can lead to rapid dehydration

E.coli (Escherichia coli) is often involved in diarrhea.

White rice (rice cooking water - alternate sugar water / salt water)

Give ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) to the child, whatever their age. The best choice is Quinton marine plasma (Biocean) isotonic

Brewer's yeast

Acidophilus, 2 caps. at bedtime - or Lactéol, 2 to 4 gels. / day - Bi-Active Junior (Nutrovital), 1 tablet / day

LAB II (PariNat), 2 tabs. X 3 / jour

Le lait de coco est utilisé contre la déshydratation en cas de diarrhée

Colique du nourrisson : Biozyme junior (Sisu) dans l’eau du biberon

Avoid agrumes, jus d’oranges, produits laitiers, lait  de soya, jus acides, crudités et tout aliment à effet laxatif
