Dyspepsia - Flatulence

Intestinal gases have two sources:

- exogenous : swallowed air,

  • <b>endogenous</b>: produced by bacteria and yeasts of the gastrointestinal system.

Dyspepsia: difficult digestion whatever the cause. Flatulent dyspepsia: aerophagia or putrefaction and gas / acid dyspepsia: hyperchlorhydria.

The dyspeptic needs food substances rich in Magnesium.

Flatulence: production of intestinal gases giving rise to bloating of the stomach or intestine.

Slow digestion (digestive atony): discomfort occurring after meals.

Drowsiness after meals: sign of digestive leukocytosis.

Bloating: swelling of the abdomen from gases contained in the intestine
