Vegetarian diet (3 months) low in cereals and especially without glutinous cereals

Avoid stimulants, sauces, wheat, pasta, sugars, dairy products and allergenic foods or foods containing allergens, food additives, gluten, products dairy, nuts, fish and seafood, eggs, certain disruptive fruits and vegetables

Perform a food allergy screening test to identify foods likely to aggravate respiratory discomfort

Rolovent (Rolmex) or Nozovent: plastic devices (in pharmacies) which increase the passage of air through the nose

Eliminate environmental allergens: dust, feathers, hair, pollen, formaldehyde, perfumes…
