Ephelides: small spots observed especially on exposed areas of the skin and due to the action of air and sun.

Freckles / Lentigo: small pigment spots on the skin, sometimes slightly protruding, appearing on the hands, neck, face... more visible in summer than in winter, more common in red-headed people.

Consume lemon, watercress, parsley

Fresh pollen, very rich in selenium, 1 tablespoon / day

Lemon: lotion with salted lemon juice water decoction of fresh dandelion flowers

Apply to the skin, a cerate with 5% E.O. of Citron (Citrus limon) or 4% E.O. of Peppermint (Mentha piperita).
