In both, absence of desire and pleasure during the sexual act and inability to obtain orgasm through vaginal coitus. Multiple causes need to be clarified: preoccupation, anxiety, stress, use of alcohol, drugs (pharmaceuticals or others). One in 12 men have problems with sexual impotence. Erection is a hydraulic phenomenon that depends on the interweaving of synchronized messages from the brain, nerve stimuli, muscle response, hormone levels and blood flow. Any marital disagreement, any reproach is, sooner or later, an obstacle to healthy, fulfilled sexuality.
