Hair Health

Hair is indicative of general health. They are dependent on hereditary factors, environmental factors and living conditions.

With age, hormonal changes, stress, nutritional deficiencies, their health is put to the test. They can weaken, fall out, become dull, thin, brittle.

Hair needs specific nutrients for its regeneration and growth:

  • cystine and methionine: methionine is a precursor and an activator of the formation of keratin; cystine gives it elasticity and resistance. They promote hair regrowth
  • zinc: a trace element which participates in the formation of keratin
  • iron: plays an important role in the nutrition and oxygenation of hair roots
  • vitamins B5 (growth of the hair follicle), B8 (regulation of sebum secretion), B6 (involved in the formation of keratin), B12 (supports the activation and formation of keratin)
