Breathe a bottle of ammonia or Jackfruit “Bol d’Air” (HE)

Salty and very hot foot bath or in a decoction of pine needles

Rectal enema, colon hydrotherapy or intestinal purging, if necessary - Cold sitz baths - Sweat baths

Potaplasms of raw onions on the chest - Homeoplasmin ointment (Boiron) in the nostrils

Nasal shower with salt water - Eucalyptus-based fumigation - Hopi ear candles

Inhalations of Climarbre (D^r Valnet formula)

Avoid tobacco and smoky places

E.O. of Pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus polybractea) (neck rubs), Thyme (Thymus mastichina cineolifera)
