Localized or diffuse, violent and tenacious intracranial pain
This is a congestive phenomenon which can be caused by overwork, hepatopancreatic dysfunction, eye disorders or intoxication by foods or toxic substances.
Headaches can accompany tumor processes, hypertension, simple fatigue, flu or seasonal illness, sinusitis... or when stopping the consumption of products very yin (e.g. coffee)
Frontal headaches: due to consumption of sugar, fruit juice, contraceptive pill, aspirin, honey, chocolate, wine (sulphites)
Side headaches: due to excessive use of fatty foods affecting liver-gallbladder function
Deep internal headaches: caused by excessive consumption of animal products
It is necessary to distinguish osteoarthritic headaches, digestive headaches, psychological migraines, menstrual migraines, ophthalmic migraines and identify the causes to correct them.
Inform yourself, through the medical history, if there has been a fall, shock in the past (physical trauma).
