Hematuria

Emission, through the urethra, of blood intimately mixed with a more or less large proportion of urine.

Check if there are polyps, prostate adenoma, cystitis, parasitosis, kidney tumor.

Perform the Guyon test (see below in "hygiene") which allows you to suspect the origin of hematuria macroscopic

Oil of fish liver (halibut, for example)

Garlic in the daily diet

Juice of peach

Make up for nutritional deficiencies in iron and calcium

Avoid citrus juice, tomato juice, ketchup, coffee, alcohol: irritants of the bladder wall

Clay poultice, renewed frequently

Guyon test: perform the test of 3 test tubes of urine, taken successively to know the origin of the blood:

• 1^era test tube colored with blood: posterior urethra source (probably of prostate origin?)
• 3^th test tube colored with blood: bladder origin
• 1^st, 2^th and 3^th test tubes with equal blood staining: renal origin
