Hemorrhoids

Abnormal dilation of the vessels in the anus and rectum (anal varicose veins). Tendency to constipation, pain, persistent need to have a bowel movement. Hemorrhoids can reveal a hepato-digestive disorder or be caused by congenital vascular fragility. Certain addictions to medications, drugs, coffee, alcohol, tobacco or the contraceptive pill can be responsible for hemorrhoidal situations. Rectifying the causes is essential.

Pregnancy and childbirth can be factors triggering the formation of hemorrhoids.

Sitting completely on the toilet bowl when having a bowel movement increases the risk of constipation and hemorrhoids. To facilitate the evacuation of stools, it is advisable to squat. In this way, the angle of inclination of the exit of the intestines is perfect and avoids retention of stools. For this purpose, we have developed a toilet footrest (available on request).
