Hiatal Hernia

A hernia is a mass formed by an organ that has come out of the cavity that contains it. In the case of hiatus hernia, it is the stomach which rises partly through a small opening called the “esophageal hiatus”, located in the diaphragm.

We note the appearance of gastric reflux of the contents of the stomach into the esophagus, causing burning and sometimes even vomiting.

Make 4 “small” meals per day, the last of the day 3 hours before bedtime

Eliminate alcool, boissons gazeuses, pizzas, cellulose, aliments acides, substances qui provoquent un relâchement du sphincter inférieur de l’oesophage (café, chocolat, graisses alimentaires, ketchup), jus d’orange…

Thick poultice of cold clay placed on the stomach at stomach level

Sleep in a half-sitting position (raising the head of the bed)

Do not wear a corset or belt (abdominal hyperpressure factors)

Eliminate tobacco, including second-hand smoke

Avoid:

• geobiological and electromagnetic disturbances : clock radio, TV, telephone, power lines, relay antennas... (Equip CMO devices to counter the disruptive effects of the electromagnetic waves emitted)
• inclined positions which aggravate the condition
