Hypoglycemia

Lowering the blood sugar level below 0.80 g. Dysregulation of the pancreas.

Provoked hypoglycemia: is that of diabetics receiving excessive doses of insulin. Common in alcoholics, in severe hepatitis.

Spontaneous hypoglycemia: lesion of the glandular system (pancreas, adrenals, thyroid) or liver.

Signs: palpitations, anxiety, feeling of intense hunger, nausea, headache, vision problems, tremors, profuse sweating, intense and sudden fatigue, changes mood

The blood glucose level should normally be stable, between 4 and 7 mmol / L.
