Agalactia: absence of milk secretion

Hypogalactia: insufficient milk secretion

Galactorrhea: excessive flow of milk in the nurse

In case of insufficient lactation, consume:

• Brewer's yeast
• Barley broth
• Lentils (and especially sprouted ones), sprouted oats
• Jerusalem artichoke, also called “Jerusalem artichoke” <i>(Helianthus tuberosus)</i>

Avoid pork, charcuterie

In case of breast swelling, apply a compress of shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa pastoris)

HE of Fennel (Fœniculum vulgare) to activate

HE of Verbena (Verbena officinale) (to activate)

HE of Sage (Salvia officinalis) (to slow down)
