White spots are the characteristic of excess sugar and can indicate a lack of calcium.

Brown spots are related to digestive problems, intestinal transit disorders.

Black spots are a sign of intoxication.

The absence of lunules is a sign of reduced vitality, exhaustion, slow metabolism.
