Osteitis Deformans
Called hypertrophic osteitis deformans (James Paget, 1877) or Paget's bone disease, this pathology is anatomically characterized by the hypertrophy and curvature of certain skeletal parts while others, neighboring ones, are unaffected. Localized to the skull, it could cause: headache, deafness
The deformities are generally accompanied by pain and osteoarthritis and reflect anarchic osteogenesis.
