Need to urinate very frequently during the day (and even at night). Strong and sudden urge, sometimes accompanied by involuntary or uncontrollable loss of urine. The bladder muscles (the detrusor) contract too often and involuntarily, even in the presence of a small volume of urine.

Avoid spices, watercress, spinach, tomato, rhubarb, beer, white wine, fruit juices (especially citrus), soft drinks, coffee and all types of sugars

Savory foods can increase the frequency of urination due to diuretic action.

All liquids (alcohols, caffeine, water) also stimulate urine production.

Control the volume of fluid absorbed each day. Favor watery vegetables rather than drinks, whatever they may be.

Avoid tight or nylon clothing, internal periodic tampons - Correct urovaginal dryness
