Sjogren's Syndrome

Synonym: Dry syndrome.

Progressive cessation of secretion from the lacrimal, salivary, digestive, tracheal or vaginal glands. This results in generalized dryness of the mucous membranes, with keratitis, conjunctivitis, rhinitis, dry pharyngitis, hypertrophy then atrophy of the salivary glands. The course is chronic, often associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

Often affects subjects already suffering from rheumatoid arthritis or another autoimmune disease and especially women, between 40 and 60 years old.

Hormonal imbalance? psychological origin? Stress ? Chronic fatigue?

Possibility of heavy metal poisoning

Nutrition/Diet alive, hypotoxic and very aqueous. Correct and sufficient hydration.

Germinations - Young shoots - Juice of young cereal shoots.

A.G.E. (Walnut, linseed oils, etc.) - Fatty fish from cold seas.

Oil of macadamia, sea buckthorn oil rich in omega 7.

LAB Premium (PariNat), 2 to 6 gels. / day.

Eliminate any intake of alcohol and alcoholic aperitifs or digestives, sugars, industrial foods, fried foods, breadings, grilled or caramelized foods (glycotoxins).

Check whether wearing dentures is not responsible for dry mouth often accompanied by Candida.

Correct dehydration.

Avoid mouthwashes with alcoholic solutions.

The “blinking”, movement of the eyelids, helps distribute the tear film in dry eyes: hands placed on closed eyes, turn the eyes in both sense to spread the tear film over the entire eye.

Also use cornflower water (organic, without preservative).
