Anguish - Anxiety - Nightmares
Anxiety: state of psychological disarray, of deep worry which is accompanied by psychomotor and vegetative manifestations (tachycardia, dyspnea, tremor, sweating, agitation, oppression, knotted throat and stomach)
Anxiety: great worry. State of psychological distress felt in the face of an undetermined danger, accompanied by a feeling of insecurity, a feeling of suffocation, a lump in the throat. Louise Reid calls anxiety the “cancer of the soul.”
Nightmare: painful, restless dream. Nightmares appear in the second half of the night. On the contrary, night terrors occur shortly after falling asleep.
