Dilation of the urethra which protrudes into the vagina in the form of a tumor the size of a walnut.

First degree of vaginal cystocele (herniation of the bladder), beginning of genital prolapse.

Perineal rehabilitation through D^r Kegel exercises: Sit or lie down - Contract the genital area as if trying to hold back urine - Contract for 5 seconds - Release for 5 seconds - Repeat this alternation for approximately 5 minutes - This exercise twice daily provides excellent improvement within 10 to 12 weeks - Bladder rehabilitation by spacing urination, simply by contracting the muscles of the perineum, greatly improves people's quality of life - Start with 1 minute, then extend the exercise to 3 minutes
